RCG led the rehabilitation of Building 15 in downtown Waltham, creating 12 residential units in the former Boston Manufacturing Company building. The 2005 conversion captured the industrial character of the space with exposed brickwork, exposed ductwork and hardwood floors. Located within walking distance of the Charles River, Waltham commuter rail station and bustling Moody Street the units offered buyers an authentic downtown experience within one of Boston’s most eclectic suburban towns.
