RCG completed the development of the Courier Hotel, a new boutique extended-stay hospitality offering in the heart of downtown Salem. Thoughtfully adapted from former office space on the second floor of the historic Hawthorne Building, the project represents the creative repositioning of an underutilized commercial asset into a vibrant hospitality destination while preserving the existing character and architectural integrity of the building throughout both the guest rooms and common areas.
