RCG completed a total remodel of a three unit multifamily property in the Union Square neighborhood of Somerville. The once worn-out building received a full internal and external facelift, resulting in three condo-quality units with high-end fixtures, appliances and amenities. RCG also updated the exterior of the property, complete with new paint, doors, front entry stairs and railings, façade and brick wall. The shared rear yard is now fully landscaped with a trellised patio.
