RCG converted the former home of the Boston Machinery Company into 30 loft-style units at the Dagyr Building in Central Square in Lynn. This building is considered one of Lynn’s best and least altered examples of Romanesque Revival architecture. RCG’s rehabilitation of the site preserved the industrial feel and historical nature of the building. RCG obtained City Council approval for this project, one of the first such residential renovations undertaken in downtown Lynn in decades.
