RCG transformed the former Sloan Machinery Company headquarters into 32 loft-style residential condominium units. Units feature very tall ceilings, large windows, hardwood floors, exposed ceilings and columns. The condos appealed to buyers looking for unique, affordable space with great access to both downtown Lynn and via commuter rail to downtown Boston. RCG restored a number of original features in the building, including the masonry arches, exterior brick details and large double hung windows. We included 32 parking spaces, a number of which are located inside the building. RCG managed the sales effort as
