RCG has been leading the redevelopment of Wadsworth Village for six years. The site currently consists of seven buildings, six of which are historic in nature. The current site hosts 15,610 square feet of commercial space and 10,967 square feet of residential space. RCG received approvals recently from the Danvers Planning Board for the construction of three new buildings to complete buildout of the site. The property embodies the mixed-use approach RCG brings to every project. On site there are apartments, offices, trades, wellness facilities and other lifestyle oriented commercial tenants. RCG recently converted a former Taekwondo studio into a loft-style apartment.
