Built at the turn of the century, 321 East Boulevard is a traditional southern home that has been converted to commercial use over the years. RCG acquired this property as part of its growing expansion in the Dilworth neighborhood of Charlotte. RCG renovated the property and procured four new tenants, taking the building from fully vacant to fully occupied in less than six months.
