RCG acquired a near vacant complex of 235,000 square feet of mill buildings previously converted to a technology campus near downtown North Andover. Establishing a mixed-use campus re-branded as “East Mill” included updating infrastructure and re-purposing the 1980’s era office space into three unique restaurant spaces led by local teams. The success of that program led to expansion across the street when RCG acquired the “West Mill” and converted a single-story building and former corporate cafeteria into two more restaurants, experiential retail, and wellness uses.
