RCG, in conjunction with Armory Management Company, acquired the property located in 432-436 West Fountain Street in the West Side neighborhood of Providence from the long-timer operator of an auto repair shop. The property included both the single story industrial building and an awkwardly converted 3-family house. The team fully renovated the house into a modern 2-unit building. The work here included the restoration of the wood clapboard front façade. After executing structural repairs to stabilize the industrial building, the team re-imagined the potential use of the space and facilitated the conversion to a brewery with a large outdoor beer garden.
