Alta Court Lofts is a reinvention of the historic Altamaha Apartment Building built in 1902 and on the National Historic Register. Originally purchased as an office building, RCG has been systematically converting vacant offices to apartments – and bringing the building back to its roots. The building offers beautifully crafted apartments with large open floorplans and high ceilings, original hardwood flooring and fireplaces, exposed brick, and all the modern amenities – air conditioning, washer and dryers, dishwashers. The floor plans were left open so tenants have the utmost flexibility for their personal unique tastes. Apartment entrances are accessed through a step-back-in-time courtyard with a central atrium. The building is situated in the Capitol Hill Neighborhood of Denver and within walking distance of historic theaters, restaurants, coffee shops, and City and Cheeseman Park.
