RCG’s third acquisition in the Historic Dilworth neighborhood of Charlotte, just south of uptown, was a charming 2,650 square foot converted southern home. Complimenting existing assets in the neighborhood, 512 East Boulevard added a sixth building to the RCG’s East Boulevard assemblage, all within a matter of blocks and immediately adjacent to Charlotte’s hottest growing neighborhood, South End. RCG completed a full renovation of the interior and secured a high-end medical spa to occupy the entire space. Soon after, RCG agreed to sell the property in its entirety to this tenant.
