Starting with a small commercial building and garage on 12,000 square feet on the edge of South Boston’s industrial district, RCG developed a contemporary mixed-use project with 2 commercial units and eight residential townhomes. Designed by Utile and built by RCG Builders, the project boasted a sleek, modern design and qualified for recognition by GreenHomes Northeast for its high energy efficiency and indoor air quality. All the units were sold off as condominiums upon completion.
