Originally built in 1915 in a French Renaissance style, RCG acquired and then performed select upgrades to the Rosenstock Building, located at 1234 E Colfax, Denver in 2018. The building houses two offices, nine apartments and four retail spaces spread across 21,500 square feet. In renovating the apartments RCG kept much of the original features and charm while adding modern amenities such as air conditioning and washer and dryers to each unit. The building is situated in the Capitol Hill Neighborhood of Denver and within walking distance of historic theaters, restaurants, coffee shops, and City and Cheeseman Park.
