63 Monmouth was originally built in the 1860s by shipwright Emery D. Leighton. Paying attention to the property’s Victorian heritage and turn of the century detail, RCG restored this historic home into three condominiums. The unique characteristics of this historic home, which included 11’ coved ceilings, stunning Chelsea tile fireplaces, and elegant wainscoting, were complemented with the addition of modern kitchens, bathrooms, and state of the art door systems. RCG’s attention to detail won this project historic recognition from the Eagle Hill Civic Association.
