Located just two blocks west of the Los Angeles Financial District and near a number of large scale new mixed-use complexes, 722 Hartford Ave. is a four-story red brick building constructed originally in 1917. Since undertaking management, RCG has upgraded the back patio and landscaping, installed new flooring in the common area hallways and renovated the units exposing the brick walls and creating functional kitchen systems designed to work in small spaces.
