RCG established a foothold in Charlotte with its acquisition of Dilly Place, located within the historic community of Dilworth. 224 East Boulevard and much of the Dilworth neighborhood are listed on the National Register of Historic Places as the Dilworth Historic District. Dilly Place is a destination retail location with all of the character, natural lighting, large windows and detail that RCG looks for in a mixed-use, historic property. RCG has worked to maintain the property as a preferred home for boutique operators.
