RCG lead the rehabilitation of the former Oddfellows building in downtown Beverly. Completed work includes re-tenanting the retail spaces, most notably a new café operator, Tartine, who will be expanding their footprint further within the building, and a full window replacement. Existing upper floor tenant base includes both office and residential users. RCG received approval to convert existing, underutilized office space into an additional five residential dwelling units. The conversion created large loft-style units with mezzanines, oversized windows, modern kitchens and baths and exposed ductwork.
