1984 Park Grove Ave. is located in the submarket North University Park, an older section of Los Angeles just a few blocks south of Staples Center. This building was constructed in 1913 and over the years a load bearing wall was compressed (due to water damage) causing all of the floors to tilt to the right. RCG corrected this settlement by raising the floor and replacing a section of the wall. RCG also remodeled the common areas to enliven the property.
