Located on Mass Ave two blocks from the subway, the Porter Square Condominium is comprised of 66 residential units in 2 brick buildings constructed in 1904. An RCG affiliate originally acquired the property in the mid-1980s, eventually converting and selling the units as condos beginning in 1989. In 2017, a tenant of over 30 years vacated a unit which presented an opportunity to improve and modernize unit 12. RCG completed a transformative remodel of this unit which included a second full bathroom and an open kitchen/dining/living room layout. Finish selections include LED lighting, new doors, Marvin Ultimate insulated windows, Bosch appliances and quartz countertops.
