Somerville’s Prospect Hill neighborhood is home to a number of Victorian style former mansions, including the multifamily house at 53 Columbus Avenue. RCG undertook a substantial renovation project to greatly improve both the functionality and exterior curb appeal of 53 Columbus Avenue by designing and constructing a third floor rear addition. Following this work, both the second floor and third floor homes became substantially more functional.
