RCG led the transformation of this previously abandoned building in downtown Waltham. The program included three retail condos and six residential condos with parking at grade. The retail condos were quickly sold due to their ideal location on Moody Street, one of Waltham’s primary commercial corridors. The residential units were developed over a period of years and sold. Residential condos were large, open plan and loft like in character with an original tin molded ceiling.
